Summer Hill Films unveils a new seductress with release of disquieting film, 'Christabel'

PHOENIX - EntSun -- Based on the poem by Samuel Taylor Coleridge, 'Christabel' is the story of the naïve daughter of a rural worker who helps a beautiful mysterious woman in distress, who in turn helps to open her eyes to undiscovered passions. Starring talented new-comer, Milla Fernandez as the young and innocent, Christabel, and Lorena Castanheira as the seductive, Geraldine. Lorena has recently appeared in 'Jovens Polacas' (2019). The film also stars the renowned actor, Alexandre Rodrigues, who is best known for his role in 'City of God' (2004), a film that was nominated for four Academy Awards in 2004.

Alex Levy-Heller, writer and director of 'Christabel' is also known for 'Joven Polacas' (2019), and 'Grandpa's Watch' (2013).

'Christabel' is the Winner of the Rio Fantastik Festival (2018) Public Award for Best Film, and Winner of the Recife Cine PE Audiovisual Festival (2018) Critics Award for Best Film.

After seeing 'Christabel' parents will lock their daughters up at night to keep them safe.
