The Perfectionist Hairstylist, Feature Film

LOS ANGELES - EntSun -- Illusion Islands is currently working on their feature film production titled, The Perfectionist Hairstylist.

The Perfectionist Hairstylist stars actors: Cory Kirk, Cody Gidley, Teresa Baker, Elliot, and Kim Tabb.

The movie is written and directed by Rosalinda Books, and produced by Jack Cook, Hope Ayiyi and Alex Kagianaris.

The Perfectionist Hairstylist follows the story of Dan. As a young boy his parents mentally, verbally and physically abused him. Even with all of his success as a salon owner he wouldn't let go of his past; seeking revenge on all those who hurt him. The Perfectionist Hairstylist shines light on mental illness and child abuse awareness.

Writer and director Rosalinda Books states: "We are approaching the end of the first cut of the video edit. I am proud to say the product is looking great!"

The movie is currently in post-production and being edited. Illusion Islands plans to complete post production by summer 2021.
