A Teacher's Life Changing Journey Within a Maximum Security Prison

She would face challenges but would also be met with immeasurable rewards.

Seven Doors In takes you on the journey of a lifetime as Beth navigates the waters of a classroom full of some of the prison systems most dangerous offenders. Beth discovers things about herself and her students that alter not only the course of her own life, but the lives of the students under her tutelage as well. She soon realizes that it is her belief in her students that would serve as the impetus the students needed to believe in themselves. Beth Rondeau states, "Seven Doors In is my story. The story of a female high school math teacher from a small mid-western town starting a new teaching job in a new town. Rather than grade rubrics, I was sent to self defense classes designed for correctional officer's to prepare me for my role as the new teacher at the prison."
