NICU DC - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in DC @RCGRichardson

WASHINGTON - EntSun -- This is an intense Drama Series based on the Men and Women, the Doctors, the Nurses, the Specialist and all the Staff that make up the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit along with the Parents of these courageous Infants that are fighting for their lives for the initial months after birth which for many seems like an eternity. The relationships that are forged become friendships and unbreakable bonds as the Parents spend so much time in the NICU with each other and go through Triumph and Tragedy together.

The Physicians and Healthcare Staff deal with the intense pressures every day and the overwhelming need to comfort and sometimes hug even cry with the Parents. This Drama Series will cover those moments an open America's eyes to what many Parents and these amazing Health Professionals have gone through and continue to go through every day.

The initial series will be based on my personal experiences at George Washington Hospital as my son was born 3 months premature and was so tiny, I held him in the palm of my hand and I distinctly remember one night when he flatlined and the Doctor came in and literally ran him down the hallway as I was running behind him to resuscitated my son.

The series will then highlight NICU from various cities such as Philadelphia, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Atlanta.
