Better Together expands its national team with Caryne Say and Kelley Parker

FORT MYERS, Fla. - EntSun -- Better Together, a nonprofit dedicated to families and children, has added Caryne Say and Kelley Parker to its national team, working alongside CEO Megan Rose to raise awareness of the organization's mission and expand the reach of its programs across the state and beyond.
Say joins Better Together as vice president of marketing and communications, bringing over 18 years of experience leading global marketing initiatives. She has a proven ability to drive growth and enhance brand impact across diverse industries, including healthcare technology, property technology and the wedding industry. Say has crafted impactful marketing strategies for a variety of companies, specializing in demand generation, product marketing and growth strategies. Her experience includes developing messaging that resonates with diverse audiences, ensuring brands connect authentically with people from all walks of life.

Say holds a law degree from the University of Nottingham and mentors startups through Techstars Miami, sharing her expertise to support emerging leaders.
Parker joins the Better Together team as director of strategic engagement and initiatives. With over a decade of experience in public affairs, strategic communications and project management, she brings a diverse skill set. Most recently, Parker served as special project coordinator at the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services.
Previously, she held several communication and strategic initiative roles within the Florida Department of Children and Families, leading event planning, media relations and messaging strategies for high-level state initiatives. Parker has also served as executive assistant to Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, providing logistics and scheduling support services to political campaigns and nonprofit organizations in Louisiana, Florida and Tennessee. She is passionate about fostering collaborative partnerships and advancing strategic initiatives that make a tangible impact in communities across the state.

Parker holds a bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and currently lives in Tallahassee, where she also serves as an advisor to the Florida State University chapter of Chi Omega.
Better Together helps parents who are going through a hard time to keep their kids out of foster care, find work and address the root causes of their struggle so that they can reunite as a family with the tools and support system to thrive. With the help of donors and hundreds of volunteers and church communities, Better Together builds lasting support systems that help families cope with hardships – such as job loss, substance abuse, homelessness and jail time – and ensures that children are cared for in a safe home until the family can be reunited.
