The New Year New Me Empowerment Pajama Party Brunch

WESTBURY, N.Y. - EntSun -- Ms. Carline Beaubrun, founder of the non-for-profit organization Pajamas & A Purpose created The New Year New Me Empowerment Brunch to celebrate womanhood and sisterhood.  The purpose of the event is to bring women together for a full day of empowerment, fun, beauty wellness and networking opportunities all while creating social impacts in the community of Long Island.  The event is specifically to raise awareness about domestic violence, raise funds for the Long Island Against Domestic Violence Organization and to provide care packages for the women and children affected by domestic violence living in a safe housing.  Being a Domestic Violence survivor herself with her three children, Carline needed to find a way to cope with what she was going through, with just a few of her friends she had a pajama party which lead into her creating this safe space and empowerment for other women.

The day is filled with a Brunch Buffett, Breath-work Sessions with certified Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach Kathleen Booker who will "nurture the Spark within you", Vision board Sessions (including all supplies) Motivational Speakers sessions which Ms. Beaubrun will be one of the speakers talking about her strength and how she found clarity, focus and peace.   The ladies will indulge in mini massages provided by the Viana Hotel and Spa (donations will go toward the Long Island Against Domestic Violence Organization), vendors, swag bags and more!

About the Founder:  Pajama & A Purpose was established by Carline Beaurbrun, a divorcee, mother of three. The purpose is to empower girls and women academically, financially, emotionally and spiritually, through positive peer support, increase interest in self development, post-secondary education opportunities, family time, community involvement and support; one pajama party at a time.
