The launch will establish the first centralized exchange market for the Robinhood-chain side of UKFLMS and represents the next phase of the company's multi-chain strategy for its flagship UK Financial Ltd Launchpad Series™ token.

Those differences demonstrate why the quoted price of a token cannot be evaluated in isolation. Available float, liquidity depth, circulating supply, market capitalization, buyer and seller activity and the structure of the individual market all influence price formation.

With the Tokpie launch approaching, UK Financial Ltd's immediate objective is to allow the new UKFLMS/USDT market to establish its own price discovery rather than attempt to dictate what the market should value UKFLMS at.

Accordingly, the company is not announcing a separate pre-listing auction tonight.
