Sammy Vélez Returns With New Single "Quien?"

Vélez said, "It was six years ago… I wrote this song for my wife! It's my first and only reggae song." Sammy is also performing a handful of shows this month at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico, San Juan. Once more, he joined Pedro Capó's band on May 7th, and will be joining Tommy Torres's band for three nights – May 20th through May 22nd. As of this writing, the May 20th show is sold out.

A full-length Sammy Vélez album is in the works and his label is targeting a fall release.
