Outdoor Music Festivals to Explode in 2022

MCMINNVILLE, Tenn. - EntSun -- Festival Factory is busily working on future music festivals. The pandemic has given this company the time it needs to clear, excavate, grade and grass a new 585 acre rural site called ROCKINHORSE RANCH located on Harrison Ferry Mountain near McMinnville, TN
on the Cumberland Plateau,1 1/4 hrs. SE of Nashville, one hour N of Chattanooga.
Over 3,000 additional acres surround the natural setting including the Trail Of Tears.

Since 2017, the vision for a large country music festival park, or ranch first took hold when SAWL (Sky, Air, Water, Land) Corporation and Festival Factory, LLC met and discovered the void in the marketplace. They decided on the Cumberland Plateau Observatory land from SAWL's widespread property holdings throughout East Tennessee.

Cherokee Indians fished and hunted here and there's evidence of earlier Mississippians in area caves. SAWL and Festival Factory just signed a 10-year lease to produce music festivals.
A representative of Festival Factory said: "We are starting with these two weekend camp out music festivals for 2022 and are looking into a possible third event."

"We're taking all of 2020 and 2021 to work with SAWL in building this expansive site.
Roads are going in, a 27 acre natural amphitheater refined, solar street lights, a huge stage with state-of-the-art sound and lights, LED. The future is exciting!" "We're anticipating using between 900 to 1,500 acres by mid-2022. There is even more land."

With the CDC stating that outdoor air is 18 times safer, Festival Factory believes a new era of outdoor music festivals will spring to life after the 2-year live entertainment hibernation. Indoor concerts will most likely not look as appealing for years.
