Matthew Brickman Explains How Marital Property Is Divided In a Divorce During COVID-19

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - EntSun -- Matthew Brickman, President of iMediate Inc. and Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator offered some insight to people experiencing the issue of property division in a divorce during quarantine. Mr. Brickman has gone into detail over the past several months about stay-at-home orders that are affecting the amount of time children spend with parents living at difference residences, "You have a court order until you have a new court order. Time sharing is to continue as ordered until modified."

He emphasized the importance of cooperation between the parents and taking co-parenting classes prior to mediation for the benefit of all involved parties, especially the child.
