Clearwater Living Completes Acquisition of Welbrook Senior Living South Bay an Assisted Living & Memory Care Community

IRVINE, Calif. - Nov. 15, 2018 - EntSun -- Clearwater Living, announced that is has completed the acquisition of the 109-unit Welbrook South Bay assisted living & memory care community located in the heart of Torrance, California.  With this transition comes a new name, Clearwater at South Bay, yet the beautiful community's character, ambience and lovely residents will remain the same.

Clearwater at South Bay is conveniently situated nearby the Redondo Beach Pier, Del Amo shopping mall, Torrance library and numerous restaurants and entertainment venues.
