EntSun News/10768829
LOS ANGELES - March 14, 2019 - EntSun -- THE COPELAND KIDS Selected for LA Live Film Festival and Winner Best Feature Screenplay Pinnacle Film Awards.
Pinnacle Film Awards named THE COPELAND KIDS Best Feature Screenplay Gold Award. LA Live Film Festival will commence on November 9, 2019 for its fourth year, at Regal Cinemas in Los Angeles.
Copeland is an alumna of LA Live Film Festival as a credited contributing writer for the Best Historical Screenplay Winner in 2018, INDIAN BILLY ICE.
THE COPELAND KIDS by Cecilia Copeland (TALTRIX Winner LA Femme Int. Film Festival).
In 1975 when Bev's ex-husband Sam takes off with their children, she never dreamed he would leave the country. To get the kids back, Bev will have to change the law, plead her case in the Israeli Supreme Court, and fight harder that she ever thought possible. Based on the true story of the Copeland kidnappings.
In every divorce there are two sides to the story, but for the children stuck between them who is right and who is wrong makes little difference. Even the best intentions sometimes lead us down the wrong path, but there is always hope.
