SANFORD, Fla. - EntSun -- Two extraordinary women, Patricia Rae Merritt Hitchmon-Whatley (Lovingly Known as Nana Pat) and Andrea Riley, are coming together to honor their shared legacy in a groundbreaking documentary, Dramatic Impact: The Georgetown Legend, and reunion event that will celebrate the lasting impact of the Tajiri School for Performing Arts and Academics. The documentary, produced and directed by Andrea Riley in collaboration with her daughters, Destiny McMillian and Eternity Riley, will feature the incredible contributions of Patricia and the Tajiri School for Performing Arts and Academics, which has impacted countless lives across multiple generations.

As cousins and descendants of Jackson and Annie Hamiter, survivors of the 1920 Ocoee Election Day Massacre, Patricia and Andrea carry the history of resilience, triumph, and community support that has influenced their careers and the people they have touched. Dramatic Impact: The Georgetown Legend will shine a light on their ancestors' legacy and the profound impact of Tajiri Arts in Sanford, Florida, and beyond.

Filming and festivities will take place between Sanford, Florida, and Atlanta, Georgia, and the documentary will feature students, parents, supporters, and friends of Tajiri Arts.
