"Stop Breathe Let Go" by Tiffany Bellinger introduces viewers to 5 holistic healing practices

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - March 12, 2019 - EntSun -- Tiffany Bellinger's debut short film, STOP BREATHE LET GO, is available to stream on Vimeo and Amazon Prime. STOP BREATHE LET GO recently screened at the Awareness and REEL Recovery Film Festivals in 2018 and continues to screen internationally.

STOP BREATHE LET GO explores the teachings of community healers, educators and mindfulness practitioners who provide a more holistic approach to heal from trauma, addiction and the stressors of everyday life.  The film features five different practices including: Dancing Mindfulness, Yoga 12 Step Recovery, Qigong, Pranayama Breathwork and Mindfulness In Schools.

Tiffany Bellinger conceived the idea for STOP BREATHE LET GO after attending her first breathwork circle. She described feeling free of anxiety and full of clarity after the session.
