Reworked Announces 2025 IMPACT Award Honorees

SAN FRANCISCO - EntSun -- Reworked, the leading employee experience community brought to you by Simpler Media Group (SMG), today announced the full list of 2025 Reworked IMPACT Award recipients across 3 categories. The Reworked IMPACT Awards celebrate exceptional work in the fields of employee experience and the digital workplace.

The Employee Journey Innovation practitioner category honors a department for its efforts in improving the employee experience. The 2025 Gold winner is TIAA, Tech Partnerships, Acceleration & Culture Transformation department.

In addition to the practitioner category, Reworked announced winners in the following vendor categories: Excellence in Employee Intranet & Communication Platforms and Most Innovative Workplace Productivity Solution. These categories honor vendors for the work they've done on behalf of their clients. The 2025 winners are:

• Most Innovative Workplace Productivity Solution (Gold): NICE

Winners were chosen from qualified nominees who were required to be employee experience leaders, departments/teams or vendors that deployed superior employee experience initiatives or programs over the past year. Judging was completed by a panel of practitioners and industry specialists, led by Reworked Editor-in-Chief Siobhan Fagan, with the winners selected based on information provided through the nomination process.
