Thursday, Dec 31: Yogarishi Baba Ramdev and Daaji on cultivating resilience by practicing meditation and yoga. The pandemic made us realize more than ever, that the practice cannot be put away any longer, it has to be a way of life now."
Friday, Jan 1: Sister B.K. Shivani and Daaji discuss the importance of releasing the past to rejuvenate. Sister B K Shivani commented, "To bring about transformation, we need to form new habits and find a fresh way of looking at how life shaped us. We need to focus our energies and strive ahead with new thinking, not just at the start of the new year but each day of our lives."
Saturday, Jan 2: Shri Gaur Gopal Das and Daaji dialogue on enabling transformation through inner connection. Daaji said, "That which we focus our attention upon gets nurtured.
