Jason is a Certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach, where he works with small business owners to help them achieve the results they expect and gain the time-freedom they deserve.

With his previous experience in leading large and complex organizations, Jason's developed expertise in Strategic and Growth Planning, Leadership Development, Organizational Design, and Performance Improvement & Optimization.

As the President of Greg Norman Media, an entertainment technology company, Jason led the business start-up from product launch and commercialization while continuing to oversee full-scale operations. He has also held executive leadership positions with Delta Air Lines, and Club Car (a division of Ingersoll Rand), where he's had the opportunity to work and travel extensively across North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.

With an undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech and a graduate degree from Emory University, Jason is a father of two, an avid golfer, a snow skier, and a world traveler.
