Eric served 21 years in the United States Army in various positions of higher responsibility which include leadership, strategic operations, contracting, recruiting and marketing. He served two combat tours in the Gulf War. Eric has successfully managed and developed high performing organizations in recruiting, sales and marketing and information technology. He worked as the Senior Human Resource Advisor for Army Recruiting and Marketing for the Louisville and Southern Indiana area. Eric has 10+ years' experience working as an Executive in Information Technology with experience in Executive Leadership, Operations, Contracting, Software Business Analysis, Business Enterprise Architecture, Manpower Analysis and Project Management for the Federal Government.
