New institute combines psychology, systems thinking, and organizational transformation to address the conditions driving burnout, disengagement, and unsustainable performance.
NEW YORK - EntSun -- As employers grapple with burnout, disengagement, and growing pressure to improve workplace wellbeing, clinical psychologist Dr. Lisa J. Martin today announced the launch of The Redesign Institute, an organization challenging conventional approaches to personal and organizational transformation.
The Redesign Institute combines clinical psychology, leadership development, and organizational consulting to address the underlying systems and behaviors driving burnout, helping individuals and organizations create the conditions to thrive.

Redefining Success
The Redesign Institute also challenges traditional definitions of success that prioritize achievement and productivity over wellbeing and fulfillment.
"We've created a culture where success is often measured by how much we accomplish and how much we can withstand," said Dr. Martin. "But what if we measured success by how well our lives and organizations actually function?"
The Institute aims to help individuals and organizations move beyond temporary solutions toward sustainable transformation.
