AutoQuotes Announces Two Executive Appointments

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - EntSun -- AutoQuotes, a leading technology and software company for the foodservice equipment and supplies industry, announced the expansion of its executive team with two new appointments: David Demres as the company's new Vice President of Business Development and Eric Farr as Chief Technical Officer. These newly created leadership roles reflect AQ's focus on accelerating industry innovation through new product delivery.

Demres will develop new technology and distribution partnerships and build on current relationships with FES industry partners. Most recently, he was Vice President of Business Development at Light Wave Dental, a non-clinical management services company where he was responsible for corporate development initiatives, creating partnerships, and new market expansions. Prior to that, he was a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Demres earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University, an MBA from Stanford University, and an M.P.A. from Harvard University.

Eric Farr brings over 25 years of experience leading development and product teams in high growth tech companies and will be responsible for accelerating new product delivery and the application of advanced technologies within the AQ platform. Previously, Farr led the engineering effort to deliver a 'predictive analytics as a service' solution at EagleEye Analytics, since acquired by Guidewire. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles in product development and engineering at companies including Marathon Data Systems, now WorkWave, Agentek, and Clear Measure. Farr earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Miami.

Demres and Farr will report to Jim Contardi, CEO of AutoQuotes.
