Author Monica Marcinko Brings Her Elf To Life For Northern Nevada Children

CARSON CITY, Nev. - EntSun -- Author Monica Marcinko kicks off December Story Time Adventures on Saturday, December 4th, at the Children's Museum of Northern Nevada in Carson City. Dressed in the character of her book's protagonist, Marcinko delights children with an in-person and lively theater version of her book, I Want To Be An Elf.

Inspired by her own childhood, Marcinko recounts the story of how her family responded when her younger sister Vera wrote a letter to Santa. Audience members will be treated to candy and prize giveaways during the museum's Story Time Adventure, and signed copies of I Want To Be An Elf will be available for purchase.
