The CWW Forums will cover a wide range of topics including women's health, education, career development, and leadership. Women from all backgrounds and experiences are encouraged to participate in the forums and share their perspectives and ideas. Bybee combines traditional consciousness raising with energy psychology techniques that are backed by research and proven to create lasting psychological changes for women.
"We believe that by creating a space for dialogue and collaboration, we can give women the tools they need to become more successful by releasing old, internalized patterns of behavior like imposter syndrome, perfectionism and people-pleasing " said Bybee. "The CWW Forums will be a dynamic and supportive community that will inspire and empower women to take action and make positive change."
In addition to the CWW Forums, Women Who Risk offers a range of other initiatives and resources for women, including leadership training programs, mentorship opportunities, and advocacy efforts. Bybee and her team are committed to empowering women and creating a more equitable society for all.
