The "AffirMAILtions" service alleviates the physical labor of care and connection and costs less than a cup of coffee.  The custom service is $6 and includes the cost of the greeting card, a specially curated message to the card recipient, and the cost of shipping.  Cohen likens the service as TeleHealth for the soul.
