Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce members warm your winter while treating you to special events in the Long Beach Island Region this February 8-16, 2020

SHIP BOTTOM, N.J. - EntSun -- Winter in the Long Beach Island Region brings an opportunity to treat yourself and those you love to some quality down time. Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce has once again coordinated with its local experts to bring an assortment of options for all to enjoy.

Looking for a sweet break to the routine? Join the local businesses of the  Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce for Chocolate Week 2020 ! Chocolate Week is a regional tradition featuring a series of offers, activities and events that include Valentine's Day and President's Day Weekend. This popular event was created over a decade ago to encourage out of area visitors as well as serving local residents.  Keeping the focus on simple pleasures that tie in with cozy mid winter escapes, the Southern Ocean County Chamber coordinates local businesses and organizations to extend special promotions, offers and classes that are being  to create a sweet vibe throughout the Long Beach Island Region of the Jersey Shore from Barnegat, Long Beach Island, Stafford and Tuckerton and Little Egg Harbor February 8-16.  With offerings that warm up winter, Chocolate Week events will  help build an itinerary for visiting friends and family as well as vacationers.  A good place to start for all 21 and over is the Southern Ocean Made Surf and Sip Brew Trail featuring offerings and events from three local craft breweries as well as surf experience related galleries, shops and hands on exhibits to keep that remind us that summer will be coming. For families looking for something to do with the under 21 set, Passport of LBI is loaded with  non profit cultural organizations will have movie screenings, demos and events to make your stay even richer, for those who like to dive deeper into the history or environment of our area.
