MCKINNEY, Texas - Jan. 11, 2019 - EntSun -- Years ago when I was driving to a corporate gig I could not understand why every hour there was a solicitation to drive for Uber. I thought to myself Uber must be spending hundreds of thousands on driver recruitment in each major US city. Now we understand! Turnover for crowdsourced drivers is high....

We have found a couple of people groups that tend to stay around longer, but all in all crowdsourced driver pools experience high turnover. My favorite book has a saying that "the sun rises on the evil and the good and that rain is sent to the just and unjust." To me that sentence means regardless of who you are, what you believe, etc. you will experience highs and lows in life.

I would surmise that 80% of the deliveries CourMed drivers make are for patients who need to rectify an aliment (a low in life). Therefore, we continue to communicate during driver on-boarding that CourMed drivers must be the most encouraging force that patients experiences today! So yes it's raining on the driver recruitment side, but the sun is shining when you notice that patients have rated CourMed 5-stars for 12 consecutive months!
