Vince Warry, releases a complimentary version of his song "I'll Never Be" on May 31st, 2024

VANCOUVER, British Columbia - EntSun -- have always held onto I'll Never Be as one of my better compositions from the past, so when the opportunity to give it a proper reworking presented itself, I was excited! - Vince Warry

There is always a story behind a song and Vince's story is a mid-90's love story that never was and  a moment of experimentation.

Back in 1996 with my original band "Obscene Silence" released our second album 'Soft as Rocks'.  We were experimenting with rudimentary home studio stuff at the time, and while this song had an indie feel, there were some strong performances on the original - specifically Greg William's piano parts, and Kevin Titcomb's backing vocals. Although this song was loosely inspired by an early breakup, only one particular lyric rings true. The rest are just a loose collection of feelings and things that were said and lived at various times.

After taking this song out of the vault, Jim Kraneveldt (producer, guitarist, Yesterdays Fate bandmate and friend), gave it a slightly revamped arrangement with amazing textures over top of Vince's basic guitar track.  A flash from the past, original Obscene Silence's band member,  Greg Williams, joined Vince and Jim in the studio to lay down the tracks on piano and bass. A full circle experience. Transformational.

Vince will be back on the road as of October through December 2024 with a new band called Vince Warry and Mojo Risin', to perform a theatre style tour based on the band The Doors. Vince is to play the role of Jim Morrison. Then The Chosen Rogues kick off in January, 2025.

I'll Never Be, distributed by Sony/The Orchard, is available on all platforms as of May 31, 2024.
