The UPS Store names Avanti Press, Inc. its 2019 Vendor of the Year

DETROIT - EntSun -- The UPS Store has named greeting card publisher Avanti Press, Inc. its 2019 Vendor of the Year. The recognition is based solely on survey feedback from The UPS Store's 5,000-plus franchisees based on criteria from eight categories ranging from customer service, order fulfillment, and receptiveness in providing custom products and service solutions.

This work follows the Avanti's Detroit headquarter focus on continuous flow of new card introductions, and supply chain best practices such as rapid and complete order turnaround, and customer care responsiveness.
