Arizona Senior Abused by T-Mobile and Credence Resource Management and Fights Back

An Arizona senior aged 72 years has had severe issues with T-Mobile Mobility North America from inadequate services, poor equipment, false advertising for equipment leasing under their alleged " no contract" advertising, hidden fees, data breach, false contractual agreements and now collections. The Plaintiff in her small claims complaint referenced that her 2 account  phone's under an alleged lease agreement again " no contracts as they advertise", did not work which caused inadequate services for both phones and accounts. The Plaintiff contacted T-Mobile non English speaking representatives who refused to assist on the inadequate services. The Plaintiff wrote the CEO of T-Mobile asking for assistance no communication only "pay".  The Plaintiff filed an FCC Complaint and an FTC Complaint under The FCC Telephone Consumer Act 1991, and The FTC Consumer Protection Act. The FFC stated " you have a case against T-Mobile and their third party  debt collections company CRM an India based company  debt collector.  T-Mobile retained CRM to severely damage the Plaintiff's excellent credit, after the Plaintiff blocked her auto pay to T-Mobile as was advised by the FCC. In retaliation by T-Mobile , their third party debt  collector whom is under a Federal Investigation damaged Plaintiff's excellent credit.

Plaintiff via her Legal Advisor TDS Legal has countered Sessions, Israel & Shartle LLP in New Orleans which has been served as a legal courtesy the small claims civil complaint for compensatory damages of $3,000.00. T-Mobile's threats, harassment via CRM invoice of $1,131.89 for "inadequate services, deceptive tactics and threats of collections now on Plaintiff's credit reports for 7 years.

Plaintiff offered a pre settlement of $1,131.89 prior to filing, they refused via their Counsel.
