The Hues Company Hosts the Hues Celebrity Gifting Experience at Super Bowl LIII

ATLANTA - Feb. 8, 2019 - EntSun -- .The Hues Company, creators of HuesBox, its health, beauty and wellness subscription box service for people of color, hosted the Hues Celebrity Gifting Experience for in celebration of Super Bowl LIII on Friday, February 1 in Atlanta. The celebrity gifting suite featured innovative minority-owned small businesses, and allowed celebs in attendance to "try and talk" their way through the suite. Renowned music producer and Atlanta-native, Jermaine Dupri, joined a crowd of fellow influencers enjoying the gifting experience and providing a platform for brands to interact with a difficult-to-access audience.

The gifting experience maximized exposure for small businesses who often find it difficult to explain their unique offerings to their target markets. "These are businesses for whom direct interaction, and social media engagement are invaluable," explained co-founder Dr. Jasmine L. Harris. "We see our gifting experiences as an opportunity to bridge the gap between brand exposure and financial resources for these small businesses."

Attendees included Sister Circle members Trina Braxton, Quad Webb-Lunceford, Syleena Johnson, and Rashan Ali, actor TC Carson, Real Housewives of Potomac star, Gizelle Bryant, recording artist, Cherae Leri, who performed during the awards show, and three-time Olympic swimmer, Kara Lynn Joyce. "So often business pay a lot for minimal contact at gifting suite for big events," said co-founder Jenae Harris. "We created an event that was relaxing and engaging for our guest, and beneficial for our vendors. We always hope everyone leaves happy and stress-free."

Jaavia Alissa, tarot reader and energy worker anchored the room with interactive readings that left many attendees speechless. "I don't watch TV so I wasn't sure who everyone was," said Jaavia. "As always I just said what I was feeling and it happened to resonate with a few guests." Interactive experiences were available for throughout the event. Celebs loved opportunity to connect and the introduction to new companies they'd never heard of before.

The event experience featured room décor by Beau Ideal Designs, included coffee tastings from Russell's Coffee Company, and gifts from Eye Candy Cosmetics, Soap Snob, Hood & Holly, Browndages, Soapy Faith, and Waxology throughout the evening. "We can't thank The Hues Company enough for featuring Russell's Coffee Co. at their event," gushed owner founder, Russell Wiggins. "We really enjoyed being a part of the event and made some great connections."

Attendees were gifted Zumer Sports football leather bags to collect all of their goodies. The bags were so eye-catching that had to be secured and recipients continuously remarked on the high quality and unique style. "The bags really made our event something special," said co-founder, Robin Harris. "A part of putting on a great event is making it memorable. Every guest who visited our suite will remember our bags, and that's an incredible accomplishment."
