TeenCapital Founder Logan Mascarenhas Hands Daily Operations to COO Chibor Faith

GILBERT, Ariz. - EntSun -- Logan Mascarenhas, the founder and CEO of TeenCapital, today announced that he is taking a temporary step back from day-to-day operations to focus on personal development, academic commitments, and athletic pursuits. Chief Operating Officer Chibor Faith has been granted full operational authority to lead the youth financial literacy platform through this next chapter.

The transition comes during an exceptionally demanding season for Mascarenhas, a high school senior maintaining a straight-A average while navigating an intense daily schedule.
"This is easily the busiest season of my life," said Logan Mascarenhas. "Between 4:40 AM wake-ups for daily swim training, weekends that starts at 5:40 AM and refereeing, and a constant stream of homework, my schedule is completely packed sometimes till later than 10 PM at night. To protect my mental health, maintain academic excellence, and truly enjoy the time I have left with friends and family, I have to ruthlessly prioritize my time."

Mascarenhas emphasized that self-care is a vital component of sustainable leadership. "Good leaders know they need to take care of themselves and continuously pour into their own growth. Right now, with the busyness, it's hard to find time for the things that recharge me, like reading or listening to podcasts. This break allows me to reset."

Despite taking a step back from company operations, Mascarenhas plans to maintain his creative presence by continuing to produce and host his weekly podcast on Saturdays as much as his schedule allows.
Under the temporary three-month arrangement, Chibor Faith steps into the active executive lead with full green-light authority over day-to-day decisions, ongoing outreach campaigns, and public representation. Her immediate priorities include managing the expansion of The TeenCapital Workbook and spearheading the recruitment and onboarding of a new social media manager. Major strategic pivots or legal and financial commitments will remain the only items requiring Mascarenhas's final sign-off.
