Spokane: Flags Lowered for Senator Lindsey Graham

EntSun News/11097488
~ Spokane City Mayor Lisa Brown has issued a directive to lower flags at all City facilities to half-staff in honor of the late Senator Lindsey Graham from South Carolina. This decision follows Governor Bob Ferguson's order for state and U.S. flags at all state agency facilities to be lowered as well.

Senator Graham, who served three decades in Congress and was a proud Air Force veteran, passed away recently. In remembrance of his service and contributions, the City encourages individuals with flags outside their homes or businesses to also lower them as a sign of respect.
