PQCrypto Appoints Manavendra Sial, Tenneco CFO, to Board of Directors

FREMONT, Calif. - EntSun -- PQCrypto, Inc., a Delaware-based company developing quantum-safe security solutions, today announced that Manavendra "Manu" Sial has joined its board of directors, effective June 1, 2026. Sial currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tenneco, and brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience across public, private-equity-backed, and clean-energy companies to pQcrypto's board.

Sial's appointment adds deep public-company financial governance, capital markets, and scaling experience to PQCrypto's board as the company advances its post-quantum cryptography platform toward broader commercial deployment.

Sial currently serves as EVP and CFO of Tenneco, a role he has held since January 2024, overseeing financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, and tax and treasury operations. He previously served as CFO of Fluence Energy, and before that as EVP and CFO of SunPower Corporation, where he led treasury, project finance, investor relations, financial planning, and accounting. Earlier in his career, Sial held senior finance and operating leadership roles at SunEdison, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific and South Africa, as well as finance leadership positions at Vectra and an eleven-year tenure at General Electric.

Sial holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.

Sial joins PQCrypto's board alongside fellow directors Tejas Shah and John Basmadjian, who joined earlier this year.
