While no herb or spice is a cure or "magic pill," almost all are rich in antioxidants and have natural anti-inflammatory properties that can potentially reduce one's risk of many common diseases of aging. Coupled with the diet recommended in the book, adding more spice to your life and plate can improve overall health.
Dr. Melina shares, "I'm so excited about this book because everyone can benefit from adding spices to their diet, from age 2 to 102!
