High Fortitude Strengthens Houston Presence with Acquisition of Texas Fence
EntSun News/11102289
The acquisition completed in April 2026 builds on Discount Fence USA's May 2025 expansion into Houston.
HOUSTON - EntSun -- High Fortitude, an Austin-based group co-founded and co-owned by Dan Honig and Giacomo Iacoangeli, announces its acquisition of Texas Fence, an established residential and commercial fencing provider serving Greater Houston. The transaction was completed in April 2026.
Texas Fence has served Houston and surrounding communities since 2003, providing fencing, gates, and access-control solutions. The acquisition adds more than two decades of local operating experience to High Fortitude's construction and field-service portfolio.
The transaction follows Discount Fence USA's expansion into Houston in May 2025. Together, these milestones mark a broader Houston presence for the group, building on its experience serving customers in Central and South Texas.
"Texas Fence has built its reputation in Houston through more than two decades of hard work and customer relationships," said Dan Honig, co-owner and co-founder of High Fortitude. "Following Discount Fence USA's expansion into Houston, this acquisition represents another important step for our group. Our focus is on developing strong teams, supporting their growth, and delivering a customer experience people trust and recommend."
