Free Property Community Goes Viral

The iProperty Company allows home buyers and renters to deal directly with property owners and the service has proven to be particularly popular with building companies. Home sellers in the USA spent $114bn in real estate fees in 2014 so use of a free property portal could represent significant savings.  The company was co-founded by Candia and British financial services entrepreneur Brian Blake. The iProperty Company is free to list and use for private property owners with no commissions or ads, but excludes agents.  The company generates revenue with data processing and referrals to a range of price-promised services, but they are currently available only in Spain and the UK.  Users can post as many listings as they want, for as long as they want anywhere in the world via desktop, tablet or smartphone.  iProperty is also supported in the UK by the NHBC (national house building council) and major builders.  John Candia explained why he thought that the iProperty Company would suceed:
