Executive Roundtable Mastermind Luncheon to Provide Forum for Small Business Executives

OXON HILL, Md. - May 23, 2019 - EntSun -- The District of Columbia Small Business Development Center (DCSBDC) continues to provide innovative programs to support Small Businesses
May 1, 2019 - (Washington, D.C.) – On May 31, 2019, the DCSBDC network, the only District-wide, nationally accredited program that provides consulting, training and resources for new and existing businesses, will host its Executive Roundtable Mastermind Luncheon. This monthly program provides a forum for learning, networking and elevating small business owners and emerging entrepreneurs.
Carl Brown, Executive Director of the DCSBDC will share information on the support the DCSBDC provides to small business executives in Washington, D.C. Featured speaker, Lauren Semper Scott will give a presentation on Coaching and Leadership Development. She is a certified John Maxwell speaker, facilitator, and coach with over 20 years of workforce development experience.
The Executive Roundtable Mastermind Luncheon has:
· Provided small business executives with a forum to meet other executives, share opportunities for growth, and lessons learned, while providing expertise.

· Provided executives with relationships, resources and strategies to grow their businesses.
· Offered the expertise of the DCSBDC, the only Districtwide, nationally accredited program that provides one-on-one (FREE) consulting, training and resources for new and existing businesses.
· Offered the expertise of DCSBDC consultants, who work with entrepreneurs in confidential, individualized sessions to help them with a range of business issues.
Who: The DCSBDC program is a partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration, and Howard University. The DCSBDC helps small businesses with business propositions, shaping business plans, investigating funding opportunities, and more. From 2013 to 2017 in the District of Columbia alone, the DCSBDC has serviced close to 1600 clients, created 2,188 jobs, and helped clients received $20,935,089 in loans. The DCSBDC hosts a weekly hour-long radio show, "The Small Business Report" on Sirius XM Channel 141, every Thursday at 3:00 p.m.
