Dustin J. Clapier and Kinzie LeRendes Star in Sci-Fi Musical "Time Wasted"

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - EntSun -- Rising star Dustin J. Clapier and the talented Kinzie LeRendes are set to lead the groundbreaking new musical series, Time Wasted. This high-concept production blends suburban DIY ingenuity with the haunting mystery of deep space, and will actually be an animation.

The story follows a group of teens who build a functional spaceship in their backyard. After a brief journey through the stars, they return home to find that while they've only aged days, decades have passed on Earth. Faced with a world that has moved on, they must navigate their lost lives through a powerful, original soundtrack.

Clapier, a 15-year-old Superior Clarinet and Honor Choir award-winner, brings his technical mastery to the score.

Alongside LeRendes, the duo explores themes of isolation and time dilation through contemporary musical performances.
