HARRISBURG, Pa. - EntSun -- Local entrepreneur, filmmaker, and author Preston A. Dent is set to premiere his latest film, "Harrisburg--The Movie," on Saturday, May 23rd at the Whitaker Center for the Arts, bringing a compelling and thought-provoking story to the big screen.
With a cast led by the ever-popular Philadelphia veteran Charlie Mack and hip hop personality Freeway Rick Ross, the film also features several familiar faces from Harrisburg, including ChiffonaRay Thompson (Chicago PD; High Potential; among others), and Dent himself.
"Harrisburg--The Movie" explores the ongoing and devastating impact of drugs within inner-city communities, offering a raw and unfiltered look at choices, consequences, and the ripple effects of crime. Through gripping storytelling, the film challenges audiences to reflect on real-life struggles that continue to affect neighborhoods across the country.
