Compass Hotel by Margaritaville Naples launches Fit & Flow Poolside Pilates series

NAPLES, Fla. - EntSun -- This August, start your Sunday morning off with Compass Hotel by Margaritaville Naples' all-new Fit & Flow Poolside Pilates series.

Hosted in the Backyard, the hotel's inviting outdoor space with a view of the hotel's sparkling pool, each pilates class will provide attendees with fresh air, refreshing vibes and an invigorating start to the day. Classes are open both to pilates pros and those new to the latest fitness trend and will begin at 9 a.m. Classes are complimentary for hotel guests, and locals are invited to join in on the experience for just $15 per class. Mats will be provided to attendees.

Fit & Flow Poolside Pilates classes are led by certified instructors from Fit & Flow Events SWFL and are available to participants of all ages and abilities. Classes will take place on Sunday, Aug. 9, and Sunday, Aug. 23, from 9 to 10 a.m. Doors open at 8:45 a.m., and parking for the classes is free.

Following the Fit & Flow classes, attendees are invited to savor the flavors of paradise with exclusive food and drink specials at 5 o'Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill, including the Sunday Funday special, where guests can receive $10 off when they spend $50.
