On September 11th of 2020, Mr. Deborah Collins wrote this beautiful letter to Mr. Brian Peterson and the Government Marketplace team.

Dear Brian,

I am writing to thank you and Government Marketplace for helping us get awarded a GSA contract. The process for applying for a GSA contract is very complicated with terminology not known to the public and it takes a team to maneuver through the multitude of steps necessary to get to the end of the process. It is unlikely that we would have been able to do this without help. Government Marketplace had several very knowledgeable and patient consultants that took the time to walk me through many of the steps and kept me moving along, providing the information that was necessary. Two people in particular were very excellent in doing this and without them, I probably would have given up the process as it is quite daunting and it requires a lot of time, patience and persistence.

The two consultants that were extraordinary helped me with intensive phone calls and by either walking me through the actions or by logging onto my computer to do the actions for me.

I would recommend anyone who wants to win a GSA contract to not try and do it on their own as the number of hurdles to overcome are mammoth and you will need someone who knows the procedure to help you through. Government Marketplace is a good choice to hire for this help and it is worth paying for their help as without it, it is unlikely you will get to the other side. It would be very time intensive to try and learn all the terminology and actions that are required and Government Marketplace will save you time and frustration and help you actually achieve the end goal of being awarded the GSA contract.
