Clear Impact CEO makes a difference one metric at a time
EntSun News/10956096
ROCKVILLE, Md. - EntSun -- Clear Impact CEO Adam Luecking understands the importance of how resources and opportunities can make a difference in someone's life. For over 15 years, Clear Impact has helped governments and non-profits create alignment across systems to equitably advance their missions and develop outcomes that improve people's lives. Clear Impact has worked with the National Institutes of Health, U.S Department of Education, United Way Worldwide, March of Dimes, Baltimore City, and other federal, state, local and global organizations.
Inspired by his parents, Adam began working in the community to help underserved youth. Just out of college, Adam helped found a non-profit in East Silver Spring called the Long Branch Athletic Association to support low-income and immigrant youth gain more access to team sports. Through this experience, Adam learned a lot about the barriers many families had to participating in the program.

"Many parents couldn't provide rides because they worked multiple jobs or couldn't afford registration or supplies like shin guards and cleats. Now fast forward almost 20 years, and I have four kids. I want to be happy, healthy, prosperous, and live in a safe and clean environment. And I am passionate about that for all kids. From that experience, I help organizations with strategies to give the communities they serve better outcomes now and in the future," stated Luecking.
Recently, Maryland officials congratulated Clear Impact CEO Adam Luecking for his 15 years of working with governments and philanthropic funders worldwide to achieve a measurable, equitable impact on the lives of children, families, and communities. U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen, Maryland District 16 delegate Marc Korman, and Montgomery County Executive Marc Erlich recognized Adam for his performance management technology, training, and consulting services.

At the event honoring the anniversary, Adam also celebrated and signed copies of his new book, "Social Sector Hero – How Government and Philanthropy Can Fund for Impact." In this book, Adam details how funders can conquer their fear of data, overcome institutional challenges, and create community impact to become "Social Sector Heroes."
"Outcomes are intergenerational, and the repercussions of decisions made today will go many generations into the future. That is why the strategies highlighted in my book need implementing sooner than later if we want better outcomes now and in the future."
