In her new role, Molloy will work alongside Tammy Aronson, director of child care operations, helping provide leadership and operational oversight for CCSWFL's early learning centers. Her responsibilities will include supporting center directors and overseeing regulatory compliance, educational quality, staffing and enrollment, safety, professional development, accreditation and continuous quality improvement.

"Kimberly has demonstrated a strong commitment to both our children and the professionals who care for and educate them," said Chris Hansen, chief executive officer of Child Care of Southwest Florida. The promotion is part of CCSWFL's continuing effort to strengthen leadership capacity and develop a sustainable management structure for its core programs. As assistant director, Molloy will serve as a key member of the child care operations leadership team and will be prepared to provide operational leadership in the director's absence.
"Developing leaders from within is important to the long-term strength of our organization," Hansen said.
