Break out the Fringe and Fedoras, Flute & Dram is Celebrating Repeal Day in Style

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - EntSun -- December 5th marks the end of the Prohibition era and Beach Drive's Flute & Dram is commemorating this historic milestone with a special Repeal Day party. Guests are invited to wear era-inspired attire while enjoying an intimate concert by jazz vocalist Gloria West, a 1930's craft cocktail menu, and an evening of dancing. Fringe dresses, arm garters, striped suits, fedora hats - and all that jazz - are encouraged with a prize for 'most spirited' and runners up. The party kicks off at 5pm for libations and chef's curated menu, and Gloria West & the Gents take stage at 8pm.

Flûte refers to the classic champagne glass, and Dram is a Scottish derived word that refers to a shot of whisky. The name and concept was inspired by a champagne bar in New York City, but with a Florida flair. Within 2400 square feet, Flûte & Dram carries the largest selection of champagne per square foot in St. Petersburg, and the collection of both champagne and spirits are beautifully displayed. In addition, you will find an incredible selection of whiskey at Flûte & Dram. There are 200-250 different varieties, including Japanese, Scotch, Irish, Rye, and American. Bourbon is the biggest seller here, and Flûte & Dram carries true Kentucky Bourbon.
