Banafsheh Sayyad Launches 18-Week Dance the 13 Rays of Embodiment Training
LOS ANGELES - EntSun -- New live online training in the Dance of Oneness® Method for spiritual awakening, healing, and transformation explores embodiment through sacred dance and conscious movement, Traditional Chinese Medicine, mysticism, and a feminine approach to Sufi whirling.
Transformational embodiment teacher, internationally acclaimed sacred dancer, author, and founder of Dance of Oneness® Banafsheh Sayyad will lead Dance the 13 Rays of Embodiment, beginning Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM Pacific, as an immersive journey into the foundational spiritual framework presented in Sayyad's book, Dance of Oneness: Embody Love & Luminosity to Transform Your Life.
The training is designed to help participants awaken the multidimensional self, becoming more grounded, present, resilient, and connected while learning to experience spirituality as embodied love and light in everyday life.

Participants will journey through the physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual, and relational dimensions of embodiment. The program combines guided meditation, sacred dance, conscious movement, breathwork, reflection, experiential practices, teaching, sharing, and opportunities for direct feedback from Sayyad, who holds advanced degrees in dance and Chinese Medicine.
Drawing from decades of Sayyad's study and practice, the Dance of Oneness® method brings together sacred movement, mystical Iranian and Sufi traditions, Divine Feminine and Taoist wisdom, Traditional Chinese Medicine, sacred geometry, subtle-energy practices, and mystical poetry. Movement practices include Persian dance, veil dance, Middle Eastern Tribal Dance, Flamenco Fusion, Tai Chi, Qigong, and Sama, the sacred dance of whirling.
Grounding and embodied presence form the foundation of the journey, helping participants return to the body as a source of stability, awareness, healing, and connection. Through meditation, movement, breath, and energetic practices, participants will explore ways to deepen their relationship with the body's innate intelligence, cultivate emotional resilience and heart-centered presence, and experience greater wholeness, joy, and belonging.

The program welcomes both newcomers and experienced practitioners. No professional dance, healing, or teaching experience is required. It may be especially relevant to spiritual practitioners, dancers, movement and embodiment teachers, healers, therapists, somatic practitioners, artists, and retreat or workshop facilitators.
Live sessions will be supplemented with video and audio recordings, transcripts, energetic practices, reflection questions, and access to an online community, allowing participants to engage with the material at their own pace when they cannot attend live.
