Author Richard Fagerlin & Trooper Josh Lewis Will Be Keynote Speakers and Presenters for Initiate Conference 2020

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - EntSun -- The Initiate Conference is pleased to announce Richard Fagerlin, author of Trustology and President of Peak Solutions, as the keynote speaker on Thursday, February 20, joined by Trooper Josh Lewis with Colorado State Patrol as the morning speaker on Friday, February 21, 2020 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Richard Fagerlin has over 20 years of leadership and organizational development experience. Fagerlin helps clients all over the world create intentional cultures of high trust and to be on purpose with developing leaders in all levels of any organization. In 2015, 2016 & 2017 Fagerlin was named one of the top 100 thought leaders on Trust in the world. His book, Trustology, is a course designed to challenge team members to take responsibility for the one thing that determines the success of every business and interpersonal endeavor: trust.

Trooper Josh Lewis is one of the primary Public Information Officers for the Colorado State Patrol.  He has been employed as a trooper with the CSP for over 13 years and a member of their Public Affairs Unit since 2012, where he has become the primary social media manager. Trooper Lewis has created numerous videos that mix humor and safety together to reach a wide audience.

"We are excited to move into the second year of the Initiate Conference. Our inaugural year was energetic, and we are excited for what this year has in store. Bringing Richard to the Western Slope really hits on the needs of leadership and team building that was requested by our participants this past year," said Dusti Reimer, one of the organizers. "Trooper Lewis brings his knowledge and experience on creative messaging and humor. A lot of thought has been put into all the speakers and creative sessions we have this year, and the whole team is just really excited for year two."

The conference is two full days that include media and marketing panel discussions, creative workshops and 18 breakout/workshop sessions that cover a variety of topics from social media content planning, public relations and marketing campaigns on a budget, digital marketing, conversions, SEO, cyber law and more.

Registration is open on the website. For the two full-day sessions, registration is $499 for a VIP two-day ticket, $399 for a two-day ticket and $199 for a single day ticket.  The ticket price is per person and includes all sessions listed, light breakfast items, lunch and snacks for both days. The conference is put on by the Experience Education Foundation, a 501c3, non-profit organization.
