ALS Documentary "From the Passenger Seat" set for Spring Release and Film Festival Entry

GOLDEN, Colo. - EntSun -- From the Passenger Seat, a forthcoming documentary from Golden, Colorado-based F4D Studio, announces the release of the first fall teaser for the film. Scheduled for spring release, From the Passenger Seat is the story of Gary Wyman and his journey from finding out he has ALS, coping with that diagnosis and the repercussions of the disease, to a cross-continent road trip that included more than 20 of his closest friends and family.

"From the Passenger Seat is the type of documentary that shows what hope looks like from the outside through the lens of someone who chose to not let anything stop him," said From the Passenger Seat director Gabriel Rovick. "Being able to not only befriend Gary but also be let into his life to share his story and give him a voice when he could no longer speak is an experience that myself and our entire production team are honored to have been a part of."

The film starts out with an introduction to who Gary was prior to his diagnosis. From snowboarding all over the world, traveling with various action sports brands to create films, to learning of his diagnosis and the subsequent journey through ALS, From the Passenger Seat is truly the hero's story in the truest sense.

Gary's story is both one-part tragedy and one-part celebration. The emotional journey is hopeful and endearing, humorous and realistic, all of which is balanced by the emotional ending to the story.

Through the many trials Gary faced during his ALS diagnosis, he never loses his zest for adventure, and fervor for living life to the fullest.
