YA Novel "Another Little Piece" Optioned by Ashputtel Pictures

LOS ANGELES - EntSun -- The young adult novel "Another Little Piece" written by Kate Karyus Quinn has been optioned Ashputtel Pictures for feature film adaptation.

A year later, Annaliese is found wandering down a road hundreds of miles away. She doesn't know who she is. She doesn't know how she got there. She only knows one thing: she is not the real Annaliese Rose Gordon. Now Annaliese is haunted by strange visions and broken memories. Memories of a reckless, desperate wish . . . a bloody razor . . . and the faces of other girls who disappeared. The novel is set to be adapted by Alex Parkinson and Audrey Genevieve Holland. Produced by Howard Libov and Holland, with Holland also set to star.

"Another Little Piece" will be the third feature from Libov whose other work includes Midnight Edition and Favorite Son. Parkinson has previously worked on the visual effects in numerous films including Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and Kung Fu Panda. Holland can be seen in the upcoming horror film Art of the Dead and upcoming webseries "DisGraced".

Ashputtel Pictures is the new company created to represent the feature aims of Producer Audrey Genevieve Holland. Currently assembling an ambitious development slate, Ashputtel Pictures aims to place films into production in the near future.
