Women Entrepreneurs End the Year with Powerhouse Speaker

CHICAGO - Dec. 5, 2018 - EntSun -- At the end of each year, Chicago-based women's group, Women Entrepreneurs Secrets of Success (WESOS), hosts a holiday celebration to commemorate the accomplishments of the year. For their 2018 celebration, they sought out the talent of award-winning speaker, author and expo producer, Erika Gilchrist, who is also a member of the organization, to fill the role of Emcee. "This is such a wonderfully supportive and resourceful group of women. When I was asked to serve, it was a no-brainer," says Erika Gilchrist.

What's unique about the organization is their mantra of "Collaboration Over Competition." They encourage women to meet personally one-on-one to get to know each other outside of business before fostering a business collaboration. "What attracted me to the group was the fact that they welcomed women who were in the same industry. So if there's someone else besides me who is a professional speaker, it's okay to also be a member, and I love that," stated Ms. Gilchrist. The event is set to take place on Friday, December 7^th 2018 at The Bolingbrook Golf Club – 2001 Rodeo Drive in Bolingbrook, IL from 9:00am – 11:30am CST.
