From artificial intelligence to virtual labs, the conference will feature the latest in education technology
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - May 21, 2019 - EntSun -- UB Tech® Conference, in partnership with University Business®, announced details of its Campus IT track for the event taking place June 10 - 12 at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. Covering relevant topics from AI to virtual desktops, and much more, the track will feature sessions vital in helping IT professionals overcome a variety of challenges on their campus.

Track presenters include Nicole Engelbert, Vice President, Higher Ed, Oracle Corporation, who will deliver the Cloud-Based Student Success Strategies: Real-World Stories session alongside Tonya Coverdale, Vice President, Information Technology, Central State University, and Steve Hahn, Vice Provost, University of Wisconsin. Together, they will offer key strategies for ensuring cloud adoption that supports student success. Michael Goay, Executive Director, Information Technology, University of Southern California School of Engineering, will present Developing and Implementing GPU-Enabled VDI for Student Success, which will explore the challenges that virtual desktops can solve in education. Another popular panel will be led by Angela E. Henderson, Director, Institutional Research and Effectiveness, Stetson University, and Resche Hines, Assistant Vice President, Institutional Research & Effectiveness, Stetson University. The duo to present Leveraging Microsoft Power BI in Data-Driven Decision Making, which will demonstrate how Stetson transformed data into interactive analytics to enlighten institutional decision-making and how other institutes can too.
