Transfers42 Expands Product Line to Include Blank Apparel: Shirts, Hats, Hoodies, and More
EntSun News/11100710
Arizona-based service-disabled veteran-owned custom printing company adds blank apparel sourcing with national shipping and local Maricopa pickup options.
MARICOPA, Ariz. - EntSun -- Transfers42, the customer-facing brand of Little 6 Industries LLC, announced today the expansion of its product line to include blank apparel. The move allows customers to source shirts, hats, hoodies, polos, and other blank apparel alongside the company's existing DTF transfer, custom sticker, and apparel decoration services.
The expansion addresses a common problem faced by custom decoration customers: accessing quality blank apparel without needing to establish direct wholesale accounts with major suppliers. Through Transfers42's supplier network, customers can now order blanks with straightforward pricing, no minimum orders, and no wholesale account requirements.
Products include a full range of apparel categories: t-shirts (cotton, blends, and performance fabrics), polos, hoodies and sweatshirts, hats and caps (structured, unstructured, snapback, and trucker styles), long sleeves (standard, performance, and UPF-rated), youth sizes, and specialty apparel including safety wear and sun-protective options.

"Custom decorators kept asking us where they should source blanks," said Matt Harvey, owner of Little 6 Industries. "Whether they use our DTF transfers, apply their own vinyl, sublimate, or use another decoration method, they needed access to quality blank apparel. Now we can be a one-stop resource for anyone who needs shirts, hats, or other blanks—regardless of how they plan to decorate them."
The expanded product line serves multiple customer segments including small custom decoration businesses without wholesale supplier accounts, DTF transfer customers who want to bundle shirt and decoration orders, vinyl cutters and heat transfer vinyl users, sublimation decorators, event organizers, small businesses, and DIY customers making custom apparel for personal use.
Transfers42 offers two fulfillment options: direct national shipping for customers anywhere in the United States, and local pickup in Maricopa, Arizona for area customers who want to avoid shipping costs and delays.
Little 6 Industries is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business certified through the SBA. The company operates three brands: Little 6 Industries (B2B custom printing and government contracting), Transfers42 (customer-facing DTF and custom apparel), and Promo with Grace (promotional products). Owner Matt Harvey served 25 years in the Arizona Army National Guard before retiring in March 2026 to focus on the business full-time.
